Last day and final assembly
On the last day of term the children were excited to be able to come to school in their own clothes. The younger children played games, had a mini disco and had their faces painted. Year 1 and 2 enjoyed party games including musical chairs while Year 3 and 4 ended their Greek theme week by finishing off their painted pots. Year 5 enjoyed a cinema day and Year 6 were able to plan their own activities which including making gloop and going on a summer themed treasure hunt.
We finished the day with a special presentation of end of year certificates and the graduation of our year 6’s as this year they completed the British Primary curriculum. The year 5 and 6´s performed a beautiful version of the song “I’m on my way” by Phil Collins and the year 6´s shared special memories of primary school before being presented with their diplomas.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our parents and families for your continued support throughout the year. We would also like to thank our students and teachers for their hard work. We are all looking forward to a fantastic summer school and with the activities we have organised it is already looking like the best one yet! We hope you all have a fabulous Summer and we look forward to welcoming you back in September.
